Payment Information. When you purchase a report, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. ParcelUS does not directly collect or store your full credit card number or other sensitive payment credentials; that information is handled by our payment processor in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
Usage & Search Data. We collect information about how you use the Service, including the parcels, addresses, counties, and states you search for or select, the filters you apply, and the reports you purchase or view.
Device & Log Information. We automatically collect certain technical information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and access timestamps, for security and operational purposes.
Cookies & Authentication. We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and to authenticate your requests to the Service. We do not use this cookie to track you across other websites.

5. Report Content & Public Data
The parcel data contained within the reports we generate is compiled from publicly available government and third-party records, as described in our Terms & Conditions. This public parcel data is not personal information about you, the user; it relates to the property and, where publicly recorded, its owner of record. Our proprietary process for cross-referencing, unifying, and estimating valuation from this public data is confidential to ParcelUS and is not shared with any third party.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example, transaction records related to a purchase).
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and secure password storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and the right to request a copy of it.
